1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Donations and Payments
All donations made to Tattvabodh Trust through this Platform are voluntary and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Donations are utilized solely for advancing the objectives of the Trust, including educational initiatives, social service, research, and outreach activities.

Financial transactions are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. Tattvabodh Trust does not store or process card, banking, or sensitive financial details.

Tax exemptions, if applicable, are subject to prevailing laws and donor eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, logos, designs, writings, frameworks, and intellectual outputs displayed on this Platform are the property of Tattvabodh Trust, unless otherwise stated.

Users may:
• Access and share content links for personal, educational, or non-commercial use with proper attribution

Users may not:

Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9. Termination of Access
The Trust reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments
Tattvabodh Trust may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
