USER UNDERTAKING
(Website Access, Content Consumption & Participation Declaration)

Undertaking by the User / Visitor
I, the undersigned user / visitor (“User”), hereby voluntarily, consciously, and without any coercion, undertake and declare as follows in relation to my access to and use of the website, content, platforms, programs, and services operated by Tattvabodh Trust (“the Trust”):

I undertake that:

I acknowledge that:

I undertake that:

6. Lawful and Ethical Use

I undertake that I shall:

7. Donations (If Applicable)

If I choose to make a donation, I acknowledge that:

• Donations do not create any contractual, ownership, or beneficiary rights
• Utilization of funds is at the Trust’s discretion in furtherance of its objectives

8. Data and Privacy Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that:

• Data is processed in accordance with the Trust’s Privacy Policy
• I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to such processing

9. Limitation of Liability

I expressly agree and undertake that:
• Tattvabodh Trust, its trustees, representatives, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from my use of the Platform or content, to the maximum extent permitted by law

10. Non-Discrimination and Respect

I acknowledge that:
• The Trust operates on inclusive, non-discriminatory principles
• I shall engage respectfully and responsibly with the Platform and its community

11. No Legal or Fiduciary Relationship

I understand and undertake that:
• My use of the Platform does not create any legal, fiduciary, advisory, therapist-client, or professional relationship with the Trust

Continued use of the Platform constitutes my binding acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Undertaking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

14. Affirmation

By accessing this website, consuming content, registering, participating, or continuing to use the Platform, I affirm that this Undertaking is binding upon me, whether or not I have explicitly signed it.
